Guest house Bed and beakfast acomodation in Brioude Auvergne

Welcome to the fortified house of Flageac in Auvergne !

We will welcome you in our house, which was built in the 14th century.

Last year we had renovated it totally, in order to live in, and also to open a bed and breakfast.

The 3 guest rooms are situated in the second floor of our house, and we live in the first floor.

To go up to the rooms, you will climb up by a staircase into the tower, what is an atypical access !

Take light luggage, the staircase is a little steep…

The house overhangs the plain of the river Allier, that you can join in 20 minutes by feet.

The acomodation is situated in the countryside, but at only 5 minutes from Brioude.

For motorcycle or mountain bike, we fitted out a space into the barn.

Dogs are welcome, but they are not allowed to go in the rooms. We fitted out a kennel into the barn.

The reasons why I have opened a guest house

After an intense professional life in marketing jobs, I wanted to live another life.

Brioude is the city where I grew up, and I was very happy to come back here.

My Husband and I, we fell in love with this house…

We are very happy here and we feel very well.

So I would like to share this place with my guests, and make you appreciate the serenity of it.

The sight on the landscape is magnificent.

We fitted out the rooms so that you feel peaceful.

According to rooms and their possibility of arrangement, we put armschairs or desk near the windows in order that you can read or simply meditate in front of the magnificent landscape.

There are also a lot of books or magazines that you can take.

Besides, our house, which is a very old house, has a story and we have found some things about it.
